Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Doctor. The role is based in Kerala, India. The Doctor will provide high-quality medical care and oversee emergency response operations, including patient evaluation and stabilization. Responsibilities include delivering timely medical interventions during emergency situations, supervising emergency medical technicians, and ensuring adherence to standard medical protocols. The role also involves collaborating with healthcare facilities to aid in the safe transfer of patients and maintaining detailed medical documentation for every case.
Qualifications
- Possess medical credentials such as a degree in Medicine (MBBS) and valid registration with relevant medical councils in India.
- Strong knowledge and ability in Emergency Medicine, Patient Stabilization, and Critical Care procedures.
- Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and quick-thinking abilities in high-pressure situations.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with medical staff and provide compassionate patient care.
- Commitment to service excellence and ability to work flexible hours as needed in emergency situations.
- Prior experience working in emergency care or related medical fields is an advantage.
- Knowledge of medical protocols, patient safety standards, and healthcare technology is desirable.
